Dr Aquil Busrai is a thought leader and practitioner of HR in diverse environments, spanning over four decades in Indian and Global MNC’s. He has held senior operational and strategic HR positions, including start-ups, acquisitions, mergers, and restructuring. He has also worked with Unilever PLC, Motorola, Shell, and IBM. An MBA in HR, a Post Graduate Degree in law, a Post Graduate Diploma in Training and Development, and a PhD successfully integrates academics and industry.
