Refund Policy
Thanks for your interest in iJaipuria. We ensure that we provide an excellent learning experience to all our users. As with any online purchase experience, some terms and conditions govern the Refund Policy (the “Refund Policy”). When you purchase a service on iJaipuria, you agree to our terms & conditions and Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy outlines the enrolment terms and conditions for the service offered by iJaipuria. Upon enrolling on our platform, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the policy, rules, and regulations set forth by iJaipuria.
1. Our Refund Policy is as follows:
- 1.1 You acknowledge that the services purchased by you are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- 1.2 You acknowledge that we are under no obligation to refund any fees and applicable charges paid by you, in full or partially, under no circumstances, including for modifying and extending the duration of the service, change in the commencement date of the service, your failure to attend or participate in the service, modification of the structure or content of the service.
- 1.3 If a refund is provided, you hereby agree and acknowledge that such amount to be refunded may either be paid in cash or credit (for purchase of any other services of iJaipuria of equivalent value) at the sole discretion of iJaipuria.
- 1.4 iJaipuria reserves the right to periodically revise and modify rules and regulations at our sole discretion. You will be bound by the latest amendments or modifications to the rules and regulations whenever applicable.
- 1.5 You are required to make the fee payment as per the prescribed schedule. Failure to meet the payment deadline may result in enrolment cancellation without compensation or refund. The accepted modes of fee payment are through UPI, Cards, Net Banking, EMI (through 3rd Party Banks, NBFC’s), UPI Wallets, and pay later facility by payment gateway to be made in favour of iJaipuria.
- 1.6 All users are expected to maintain decorum and discipline throughout the duration of the course. We hold the right to cancel an applicant’s enrolment without compensation or refund in case of a breach of contract.
- 1.7 iJaipuria anticipates ethical practices from all applicants. Enrolment may be cancelled without compensation or refund if an applicant is found guilty of data infringement, unauthorized dissemination of printed or non-printed materials, or any misconduct.
- 1.8 In the event of disputes arising from this Refund Policy or course-related matters, resolution will occur through an arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator, which shall be appointed by iJaipuria, and will have jurisdiction limited to New Delhi, India.
- 1.9 We understand that circumstances can change, potentially affecting a user’s ability to complete the course. If such situations arise, the user can reach out to iJaipuria and email to support@ijaipuria.com to discuss the possibility of rescheduling course access for a later time.
